Lebanese Pickles

6 Oz. | Red Beets - Cooked & Julienned |
1 tsp. | Garlic Clove - Peeled & Minced |
2 Cups | Warm Water |
2/3 Cup | White Vinegar - Distilled |
2 Tbsp. | Kosher Salt |
Step 1: Pre-heat impinger oven to 450°F.
Step 2: Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.
Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean work surface.
Step 4: Spread garlic cream sauce evenly over crust.
Step 5p: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Toss Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken with shawarma seasoning and spread evenly around entire pizza.
Step 7: Place the tomatoes and red onions around entire pizza.
Step 8: Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.
Step 9: Cook for approximately 4 minutes.
Step 10: Remove from oven and garnish pizza with chopped parsley and Lebanese pickles.
Step 11: Serve as needed
Lebanese Pickles
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a pot.
Step 2: Place pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer.
Step 3: Allow to simmer for approximately 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 4: Pour the Lebanese pickles in a container and allow to cool.
Step 5: Allow to marinate overnight.
Step 6: Serve as needed.
