The Bee Sting Pizza Recipe

The Bee Sting Pizza is sweet, savory and highly addictive. Uncomplicated, not fancy, just deliciously fantastic featuring Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzarella, Calabrian chili pepper flakes, pickled jalapeño, Parmesan, and the bee kicker-honey to make this delight abuzz with flavor.

Ingredients

1 Ea.16" Fresh N Ready Freezer-to-Oven Sheeted Pizza Crust Dough
6 Vol. OzPizza Sauce  (Commercially Available)
6 OzMozzarella Cheese - Shredded
40 Ea.Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni
24 Ea.PIckled Jalapeño - Sliced
2 OzCalabrian Chili Honey (Sub-Recipe)

Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni, 14 oz.

Sub-Recipe Ingredients

Calabrian Chili Honey

YIELD: 24 Ounces

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
24 OzHoney - Prepared
2 OzCalabrian Paste - Prepared (Commercially Available)

 

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat impinger oven to 450°F.

Step 2: Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.

Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean worksurface.

Step 4: Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust.

Step 5: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 6: Place Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni and jalapeños around entire pizza.

Step 7: Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.

Step 8: Cook for approximately 4 minutes.

Step 9: Remove from oven and drizzle entire pizza with Calabrian chili honey.

Step 10: Serve as needed.

Calabrian Chili Honey

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients together.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and place into a squirt bottle.

Step 4: Use as needed.
