Barbacoa style pizza with a spicy Mexican pizza sauce, Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef, chihuahua cheese, Pico de Gallo, and drizzled with salsa verde.

Salsa Verde

SERVING SIZE: 20 Ounces

16 OzSalsa, Verde (Commercially Available)
1 OzCilantro, Fresh, Chpd 

 

Directions

Step 1:  Pre-heat impinger oven to 450°F.

Step 2: Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.

Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean worksurface.

Step 4: Spread Mexican pizza sauce evenly over crust.

Step 5: Top with shredded Chihuahua cheese.

Step 6: Place Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef, evenly around entire pizza.

Step 7: Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.

Step 8: Cook for approximately 4 minutes.

Step 9: Remove from oven and garnish pizza with Pico de Gallo.

Step 10: Drizzle entire pizza with salsa verde.

Step 11: Serve as needed.

Sub Recipe Directions

Mexican Pizza Sauce

Step 1:  Place all ingredients together into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a wire whisk, blend all ingredients together.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.

 

Pico de Gallo

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a spatula, gently fold all ingredients together.

Step 3: Serve as needed.

 

Salsa Verde

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender.

Step 2: Blend all ingredients together to a smooth consistency.
