Step 1: (Preheat) impinger oven to 450°F.
Step 2: Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.
Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean work surface.
Step 4: Spread gravy sauce evenly over the crust.
Step 5: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
