Fried Halloumi Cheese

Step 1: Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips onto a parchment lined sheet pan.
Step 3: Cook for approximately 14-17 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Step 4: Remove from oven and hold. Reserve dish.
Step 5: Place a serving board onto a clean worksurface.
Step 6: Starting at the top, middle of the serving board, place the Greek olives served in a ramekin.
Step 7: Going clockwise, place pickled red onions next to the Greek olives.
Step 8: Place the fried Halloumi cheese blocks next to the pickled red onions.
Step 9: Place the Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips next to the fried Halloumi cheese blocks and season with paprika.
Step 10: Place the cucumber, lemon slices and red cabbage next to the Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.
Step 11: Place the pita bread between the cabbage and Greek olives.
Step 12: Garnish the board with pepperoncini’s, radish, and parsley.
Step 13: Place hummus into a ramekin and garnish it with olive oil and dill.
Step 15: Serve as needed with seasoned French fries on the side.
Fried Halloumi Cheese
Step 1: Pre-heat a flat-top grill to 350°F.
Step 2: Place oil onto flat-top grill.
Step 3: Place Halloumi cheese blocks onto flat-top grill and sear on each side.
Step 4: Remove from flat-top grill and season with salt.
Step 5: Serve as needed.
