Chicken Ravioli with Pesto Recipe

This creamy, comfort Italian dish is a hit with guests. Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips are sauced and seasoned with pesto sauce, garlic, butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper and then layered on top of cooked cheese ravioli.

Ingredients

2 Qt.Water, Room-Temp
1 TbspKosher Salt
6 Oz.Ravioli, 4 Cheese, Square (Commercially Available)
4 Oz.Pesto Basil Sauce (Commercially Available)
3 Oz.Asparagus, Tips, Trimmed, 2 inches, Blanched
2 Oz.Red Grape Tomatoes, Blistered
4 Oz.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Large 
1 tsp.Pine Nut, Whole, Toasted
2 tsp.Parmesan Cheese, Shredded, Fine

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat oven at 350° F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips onto a parchment lined sheet pan.

Step 3: Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Step 4: Remove from oven and hold.

Step 5: Reserve.

Step 6: Place a pot with water on medium-high heat.

Step 7: Add in salt and bring to a boil.

Step 8: Once boiling, add in ravioli and cook according to recommended instructions.

Step 9: Remove ravioli from pot and place into a mixing bowl.

Step 10: Add in pesto sauce, asparagus tips and blistered tomatoes.

Step 11: Toss to combine.

Step 12: Place a serving bowl onto a clean worksurface, place the prepared raviolis into the serving bowl.

Step 13: Top prepared raviolis with Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.

Step 14: Garnish with pine nuts and parmesan cheese.

Step 15: Serve as needed.
