Chicken Rice Bowl Recipe

Crispy Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Tenderloins tossed in a savory, Asian-inspired orange sauce served with white rice and garnished with parsley and sesame seeds. So easy to make. So delicious to enjoy.

6 Oz.White Jasmine Rice, Cooked (Commercially Prepared)
3 Ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Tenderloins
2 Oz.Asian Orange Sauce (Commercially Prepared)
4 Oz.Peppers & Onions, Sauteed (Sub-Recipe)
3 Ea.Fresh Cilantro Springs
2 Ea.Fresh Orange - Sliced Half Moon 1/4 inch
1/4 tsp.White Sesame Seed, Prepared

Sub-Recipe Ingredients

Pepper & Onions

YIELD: 4 OZ.

AmountMain Ingredients
2 tsp.Canola Oil
2 OzRed Onion, Peeled, Sliced, Wedge
1 OzRed Bell Pepper, Sliced, Wedge
1 OzGreen Bell Pepper, Sliced, Wedge
1/4 tsp.Kosher Salt

 

 

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350° F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Tenderloins into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.

Step 3: Cook for 6 to 6 1/2 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a mixing bowl.

Step 5: Add in orange sauce and toss to combine.

Step 6: Reserve

Step 7: Place rice into the bottom of the serving bowl.

Step 8: Place sauteed peppers and onions into the center of the dish on top of the rice.

Step 9: Remove the prepared Tyson Red Label® Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Tenderloins from the mixing bowls and place them onto the center of the dish.

Step 10: Garnish with cilantro and orange slices.

Step 11: Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 12: Serve as needed.

Step 1: Place a sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2: Add in canola oil.

Step 3: Place all ingredients into sauté pan and cook to al dente.

Step 4: Remove from heat.

Step 5: Serve as needed.
