Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters
Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.
Step 3: Cook for 6 to 6 ½ minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a mixing bowl.
Step 5: Reserve
To assemble:
Step 1: Place wild rice blend into the bottom of a serving bowl.
Step 2: Place the oil, broccolini, red bell peppers, sugar snap peas and garlic into a pre-heated sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Sauté until tender and season with salt.
Step 4: Place vegetables into serving bowl on top of the wild rice blend.
Step 5: Place the prepared Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters on top of the vegetables.
Step 6: Serve as needed with a side of black sesame sauce.

Directions (Step-by-Step):
Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the black sesame paste and sugar.
Step 2: Gradually whisk in the vinegar and soy sauce.
Step 3: Add the chili oil, and black sesame seeds.
Step 4: Stir to well combined.
