Crispy Chicken and Vegetable Bowl Recipe

Tyson Red Label® Golden Crispy Boneless Wings on a bed of wild rice with broccolini, red peppers and snap peas. Served with a side of black sesame sauce. Wildly intriguing and delicious.

Ingredients

YIELD: 1 Bowl

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
6 OzBlended Wild Rice - Cooked (Commercially Prepared)
1 tsp.Canola Oil
2 Oz.Fresh Trimmed Broccoli - Blanched
2 Oz.Red Bell Pepper - Julienned & Blanched
2 Oz.Sugar Snap Peas - Blanched
1 tsp.Fresh Garlic Clove - Peeled & Minced
12 Ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters
2 Oz.Black Sesame Sauce (Sub-Recipe)

Sub-Recipe Ingredients

Black Sesame Sauce

YIELD: 3/4 Cup

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp.Black Sesame Paste (Commercially Available)
1 Tbsp.Granulated Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp.Rice Wine Vinegar - Prepared
3 Tbsp.Soy Sauce
1 tsp.Chili Oil (Commercially Available)
3 tsp.Black Sesame Seed, Toasted

 

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350°F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.

Step 3: Cook for 6 to 6 1/2 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a mixing bowl.

Step 5: Reserve

Step 6: Place wild rice blend into the bottom of a serving bowl.

Step 7: Place the oil, broccolini, red bell peppers, sugar snap peas and garlic into a pre-heated sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Step 8: Sauté until tender and season with salt.

Step 9: Place vegetables into serving bowl on top of the wild rice blend.

Step 10: Place the prepared Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters on top of the vegetables.

Step 11: Serve as needed with a side of black sesame sauce.

Sub-Recipe Ingredients

Black Sesame Sauce

Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the black sesame paste and sugar.

Step 2: Gradually whisk in the vinegar and soy sauce.

Step 3: Add the chili oil, and black sesame seeds.

Step 4: Stir to well combined.

Step 4: Serve as needed.
