Lemon Cilantro Sauce

4 Oz | Plain Greek Yogurt - Prepared |
2 Tbsp. | Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice |
1 tsp. | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1/4 tsp. | Kosher Salt |
1 tsp. | Fresh Cilantro - Chopped |
Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350°F.
Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.
Step 3: Cook for 3 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a prepared wire rack at 135°F.
Step 5: Reserve
To Assemble
Step 1: Place sweet potato puree into the bottom of the serving bowl.
Step 2: Place mixed salad greens into the center of the dish on top of the sweet potato puree.
Step 3: Place the green lentils over the mixed salad greens.
Step 4: Remove the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters from the wire rack and place them onto the center of the dish.
Step 5: Place cauliflower florets around the rim of the bowl.
Step 6: Garnish with dill and cilantro.
Step 9: Serve as needed with lemon cilantro sauce on the side.
Step 1: Place Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and salt into a food processor.
Step 2: Process all until smooth.
Step 3: Remove from food processor and place into a container.
Step 4: Add in chopped cilantro and mix to combine.
Step 5: Serve as needed.
