Pan-Seared Tropical Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Whip up a rub packed with tropical flavor—cinnamon, ginger, cumin, paprika and brown sugar—for a simple, yet tasty twist on the classic pork tenderloin. Directions

Step 1: Complete the Sub-Recipes for Glaze and Rub. 

Step 2: Coat tenderloin completely with rub and set tenderloin aside.

Step 3: Preheat oil in oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown tenderloin 3 to 4 minutes (turning with tongs to sear on all sides).

Step 4: Spoon half of glaze over tenderloin (turning to coat completely). Place into oven and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, ensuring an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.

Step 5: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 6: Slice tenderloin, spoon remaining glaze over slices and serve immediately.
