Preparation

Boil


Boil Heat water to a rolling boil. Add hot dogs and simmer until internal temperature of 140°F is reached.

Grill


Roller Grill Pre-heat roller grill on medium for 15-20 minutes. Cook hot dog to internal temperature of 140°F.

Microwave


Microwave Place hot dog in a bun and wrap in a paper towel. Microwave heat for 30-60 seconds. Allow hot dog to sit for 1 minute prior to serving.

Steam


Steam Place a single layer of hot dogs in a steam table pan. Cover with lid. Cook until an internal temperature of 140°F is reached.

Thaw


Thawing Instructions Thaw in refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35°-40°F.
