Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F. Boil Heat water to a rolling boil. Add hot dogs to the water and simmer until internal temperature has reached 140°F.
Grill
Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F. Grill Preheat grill on medium for 15-20 minutes. Cook hot dogs until internal temperature has reached 140°F.
Microwave
Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F. Conventional Microwave Place hot dog in bun and wrap in paper towel. Microwave heat 30-60 seconds. Allow hot dog to sit for 1 minute prior to serving.
Steam
Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F. Steam Place a single layer of hot dogs in a steam table pan. Place pan in steamer, close door, set timer, and steam until internal temperature has reached 140°F.
