Preparation

Boil


Boil Heat water to boil. Add hot dogs and simmer until internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Grill


Roller Grill Preheat roller grill on medium for 15-20 minutes. Cook hot dogs to an internal temperature of 140°F.

Microwave


Microwave Place hot dogs in bun and wrap in a paper towel. Microwave for 30-60 seconds. All hot dog to stand for 1 minute prior to serving.

Steam


Steam Prepare steam table pan. Place single layer of hot dogs in the pan and close the door. Steam until internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Thaw


Thawing Instructions Thaw frozen hot dogs in a refrigerator for 72 hours to internal temperature of 35-40°F.
