Thai-Style Pork Belly Pizza Recipe

A Thai-Style red curry pizza featuring Hillshire Farm® Fully Cooked Sliced Pork Belly with yellow onion, red and green bell pepper, and matchstick carrots. Topped with sweet chili sauce, coconut flakes and green onion.

4 oz.Thai Red Curry Pizza Sauce (Sub-Recipe)
4 oz.Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 oz.Hillshire Farm® Fully Cooked Sliced Pork Belly Topping
1.5 oz.Yellow onion, sliced
1.5 oz.Red bell pepper, sliced
1.5 oz.Green bell pepper, sliced
1 oz.Carrot, matchsticks

Thai Red Curry Pizza Sauce

YIELD:  28 OZ.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
12 oz.Tomato sauce, commercially prepared
5 oz.Heavy cream
7 oz.Coconut milk
4 oz.Thai red curry paste, commercially prepared

GARNISH

YIELD: 3 0Z.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz.Sweet chili sauce, commercially prepared
0.5 oz.Coconut flakes, toasted, unsweetened
1 oz.Green onions, thinly sliced
Directions

Step 1 - Combine all the ingredients for the Thai Red Curry Pizza Sauce (sub-recipe) Garnish (sub-recipe) and mix well, making sure the curry paste is thoroughly blended.  Hold refrigerated and covered for service.

Step 2. Build the pizza by adding the ingredients in the order listed and bake.

Step 3. Cut for service and garnish with the sweet chili sauce, coconut flakes and green onions.
