Pimento Cheese Spread

YIELD: 2 OZ.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
3 lbs.Cheddar, shredded
3/4 cu.Red Peppers, canned diced
1 cu.Mayo

 

Apple Slaw

YIELD: 2 0Z.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 lb. 4 oz.Green Apple, julienne
1 tsp.Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp.Chive

 

Directions

Step 1: Prepare Pimento Cheese Spread (Sub-Recipe)

Step 2: Prepare Apple Slaw (Sub-Recipe)

Step 3: Cook Wright® Brand Steak Cut Bacon 1/2” slice in a 375®F convection oven on a sheet tray with a rack until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: Cut bacon in half for service.

Step 5: Check sheet tray during cooking, fat can accumulate and may needed to be discarded.

Step 6: Spread 2Tbsp Pimento Cheese on the face of the top and bottom bun

Step 7: Place 4 half slices of Steak cut bacon on bottom bun

Step 8: Top with Apple Slaw

Step 9: Finish with top bun

Apple Slaw

Step 1: Julienne apples with a mandolin or by hand

Step 2:  Mix with lemon juice and chives
