Avacado Salad

1 ea. | Ultimate White Cheese Sauce - 10 oz. (Commercially Available) |
Pinch | Salt and Pepper |
1/4 Cup | Vinegar |
1/2 cup | Olive oil |
Step 1. Place frozen Tyson® Fully Cooked Whole Grain Breaded Homestyle Chicken Breast Filets on a sprayed sheet pan.
Step 2. Place in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for ten minutes and hold uncovered at 145°F.
Step 3. Toss breast filet in a steel bowl with hot sauce.
Step 4. Place a romaine leaf on the bottom of a warmed or toasted bun.
Step 5. Place breast filet on the bottom bun.
Step 6. Place 1 oz of southwestern avocado salad (sub-recipe) on top of the breast filet with a 1 oz ladle of Ultimate White Cheese Sauce.
Step 7. Place diced tomato and top bun.
Step 8. Serve.

Step 1. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients together and fold evenly.
Step 2. Let stand and chill for 1 hour before serving.
