ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT
Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350° F.
Step 2: From frozen, place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 18-22 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Step 3: Hold hot for hot service.
Step 4: Roast halloumi cheese slices until browned.
Step 5: Place lettuce and sliced onion rings on bottom bun.
Step 6: Place grilled filet on top of lettuce and onions and top with saganaki cheese.
Step 7: Top with pepper relish and bun. Serve aioli on the side in 2 oz. ramekin.
