Apollo Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

So many signature flavors. Delicious Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets with slices of flamed saganaki cheese, red onions, frisée lettuce, caper-lemon aioli, peppadew and pepperoncini relish, all on a grilled and buttered brioche bun.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 EA.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
1 OZ.Halloumi - Sliced
2-3 EA.Sliced Red Onion Rings
1 OZ.Fresh Lettuce Frisée 
1 TBSP.Pepper Relish - Prepared
2 OZ.Caper-Lemon Aioli - Prepared 
1 EA.Brioche Bun
Meal Directions

Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350° F.

Step 2: From frozen, place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 18-22 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Step 3: Hold hot for hot service.

Step 4: Roast halloumi cheese slices until browned.

Step 5: Place lettuce and sliced onion rings on bottom bun.

Step 6: Place grilled filet on top of lettuce and onions and top with saganaki cheese.

Step 7: Top with pepper relish and bun. Serve aioli on the side in 2 oz. ramekin.
