Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 EA.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
2 EA.Sliced Sourdough Artisan Bread,
3 EA.Sliced Heirloom Tomato
1 oz.Arugula Microgreens
1 tbsp.Herbed Mayonnaise - prepared

 

Meal Directions

Step 1 - Preheat convection oven to 350° F.

Step 2 - From frozen, place the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil.

Step 3: Place in convection oven for approximately 18-22 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F. Hold hot for hot service.

Step 4 - Spread herbed mayo on top and bottom bread pieces.

Step 5 - Place arugula greens on bottom slice of bread, top with tomato slices, chicken breast and top slice of bread.

Step 6: Serve with lightly dressed side salad.
