Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350° F.
Step 2: From frozen, place the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water.
Step 3: Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 16-20 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F. Hold hot for hot service.
Step 4: Cook Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked Round Bacon Slices in a single layer in convection oven for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Place bacon on bottom bun, top with grilled filet, coleslaw and top bun.
Step 6: Serve beer cheese warm on the side with chips.
