2 Oz. | Sauce, Remoulade (Commercially Available) |
2 Oz. | Onions, Fried, Tanglers, Crispy (Commercially Available) |
ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT:
Step 1: Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F.
Step 2: Place oil and frozen Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Uncooked Chicken Philly Steak onto the preheated flat top grill.
Step 3: After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once.
Step 4: As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add blackening seasoning.
Step 5: Chicken consistent white color with no pink remaining when completely cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured using a meat thermometer.
Step 6: Remove from flat top grill and reserve.
Step 7: Place the French bread roll onto a clean worksurface and fill with shredded lettuce and pickles.
Step 8: Place the reserved blackened Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Uncooked Chicken Philly Steak on top of the shredded lettuce and pickles.
Step 9: Drizzle entire sandwich with remoulade sauce.
Step 10: Sprinkle entire sandwich with fried onion tanglers.
Step 11: Serve as needed.
