Step 1: Preheat a flat top grill to 350 degrees f.
Step 2: Place oil and The Original Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Beef onto the preheated flat top grill.
Step 3: After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, approximately 1-2 minutes, flip the portion once.
Step 4: As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.
Step 5: Add in the bell peppers and onions and continue to cook the meat another 1-3 minutes, meat should have firm, cooked appearance and vegetables are cooked.
Step 6: Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured using a meat thermometer.
Step 7: Remove the prepared The Original Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Beef from flat-top grill and place into a cast iron skillet.
Step 8: Place skillet onto a charger plate and garnish with a roasted jalapeno and cilantro.
Step 9: Serve with beef fajitas with a side of warm flour tortillas, sour cream, and salsa molcajete.
Salsa Molcajete
Step 1: Pre-heat a griddle over high heat.
Step 2: Char all the ingredients on a griddle on all sides.
Step 3: Remove charred ingredients from griddle and place them into a molcajete.
Step 4: Using a pestle, start grinding the garlic, peppers, then add the onions and lastly the tomatoes and tomatillos. Add a pinch of salt and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Step 5: Reserve and use as needed.
