2 Oz. | Salsa, Pico de Gallo (Commercially Available) |
5 Ea. | Jalapeno, Whole, Roasted, Sliced |
2 Oz. | Cream, Sour, Prepared |
For garnish | Cilantro, Fresh, Sprig, Picked |
ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT:
Step 1: Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F.
Step 2: Place oil and Steak-EZE® Lightly Marinated BreakAway® Beef Slices onto the preheated flat top grill.
Step 3: After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, approximately 1-2 minutes, flip the portion once.
Step 4: As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add carne asada seasoning.
Step 5: Continue to cook the meat another 1-3 minutes, meat should have firm, cooked appearance.
Step 6: Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured using a meat thermometer.
Step 7: Remove Steak-EZE® Lightly Marinated BreakAway® Beef Slices from flat-top grill and reserve warm.
Step 8: Place two corn tortillas on top of each other creating a double layered tortilla and repeat for second tortilla stack.
Step 9: Place the carne asada seasoned Steak-EZE® Marinated Fast BreakAway® Beef Slices into the center of each double stacked tortillas.
Step 10: While hot, top with queso blanco.
Step 11: Garnish each taco with pico de gallo, roasted jalapenos, sour cream and picked cilantro sprigs.
Step 12: Serve as needed.
