Wake-up to this Cuban inspired breakfast that you want to inspire your customers with in the morning featuring Jimmy Dean® Hardwood Smoked Round Bacon Slices and Jimmy Dean® Butcher's Recipe® Raw Pork Sausage Patties with a folded omelet egg, Swiss cheese, Honey Dijon mustard, and roasted bell pepper strips on a toasted brioche roll.

1 Ea.Egg, Omelet, Seasoned, Folded
2 Ea.Jimmy Dean® Hardwood Smoked Round Bacon Slices
2 Ea.Jimmy Dean® Butcher's Recipe® Raw Pork Sausage Patties
2 OzPeppers, Bell, Red, Roasted, Strips, Prepared
2 Ea.Cheese, Swiss, Sliced

Honey Dijon Mustard Sauce

Yield: 1/2 Cup

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1/4 CupHoney, Prepared
1/4 CupMustard, Dijon, Country Style, Coarse
Directions

Step 1.     Heat a panini press or flat-top grill over medium-high heat.

Step 2.     Place brioche roll onto a clean work surface.

Step 3.     Split in half and spread Honey Dijon mustard sauce across each side of the brioche roll.

Step 4.     Place prepared folded egg omelet onto the bottom side of the brioche roll.

Step 5.     Next, place Jimmy Dean® Hardwood Smoked Round Bacon Slices on top of the folded egg omelet.

Step 6.     Place Jimmy Dean® Butcher's Recipe® Raw Pork Sausage Patties on top of the Jimmy Dean® Hardwood Smoked Round Bacon Slices.

Step 7.     Spread the roasted bell pepper strips across the sandwich on top of the Jimmy Dean® Butcher's Recipe® Raw Pork Sausage Patties.

Step 8.     Top with Swiss cheese slices and close the sandwich.

Step 9.     Place the sandwich in the heated panini press or flat-top grill, and close. If using flat-top grill, use spatula to press down sandwich.

Step 10.     Press until golden-brown on both sides, 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 11.    Remove from panini press or flat-top grill and place onto a clean cutting board.

Step 12.     Slice in half on a bias.

Step 13.     Serve as needed.

ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODS Jimmy Dean® Butcher's Recipe® Raw Pork Sausage Patties

Convection:  For best results cook sausage from frozen state. Due to variances in cooking equipment, time and/or temperature may need adjustment. 
Convection Oven:  Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

Grill: For best results cook sausage from frozen state. Due to variances in cooking equipment, time and/or temperature may need adjustment. Preheat grill to 350°F. Cook 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.
