2 Oz. | Dressing, Ranch, Dill Pickle (Commercially Available) |
1 Tbsp | Onions and Scallions - Sliced Thin |
ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT:
Step 1. Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F
Step 2. Place oil and Steak-EZE® Marinated Fast BreakAway® Beef Slices onto the preheated flat top grill.
Step 3. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, approximately 1-2 minutes, flip the portion once.
Step 4. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add salt and pepper.
Step 5. Continue to cook the meat another 1-3 minutes, meat should have firm, cooked appearance.
Step 6. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured using a meat thermometer.
Step 7. Remove Steak-EZE® Marinated Fast BreakAway® Beef Slices from flat-top grill and toss in BBQ sauce and reserve warm.
Step 8. Place the hot tater tots into a serving bowl.
Step 9. While hot, top tater tots with cheddar cheese, and Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces.
Step 10. Place the reserved BBQ Steak-EZE® Marinated Fast BreakAway® Beef onto the center of the bowl.
Step 11. Drizzle with dill pickle ranch dressing and sprinkle with green onion.
Step 12. Serve as needed.
