Step 1: Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F.
Step 2: Place oil and frozen Original Philly® Chicken Sandwich Slices onto the preheated flat top grill.
Step 3: After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once.
Step 4: As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add salt & pepper.
Step 5: Chicken consistent white color with no pink remaining when completely cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured using a meat thermometer.
Step 6: Place toasted hoagie bun onto a clean worksurface.
Step 7: Place mojo cabbage slaw into the toasted hoagie bun.
Step 8: Top mojo cabbage with prepared Original Philly® Chicken Sandwich Slices.
Step 9: Top with fried onions and serve as needed.
Mojo Cabbage Slaw
Step 1: In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, cilantro, carrot, and orange zest until well mixed. Set aside.
Step 2: In the basin of a food processor or a blender, combine the garlic, orange juice, lime juice, oregano, cumin, sand salt. Pulse together until the garlic is finely chopped.
Step 3: With the food processor or blender running on low, slowly pour in the olive oil until well combined.
Step 4: Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Step 6: Serve as needed.
