Asian Pickled Carrot Spirals
SERVING SIZE: 12 Oz

1 Cup | Water, Warm |
½ Cup | Vinegar, Rice Wine, Prepared |
½ tsp. | Spice, Red Pepper Flakes |
4 Tbsp | Sugar, Granulated |
1 tsp. | Salt, Kosher |
2 Cups | Carrots, Orange, Fresh, Spiral Cut |
Step 1: Preheat a wok or flat top grill to 350°F.
Step 2: Place oil and Original Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Beef Steak onto the preheated wok or flat top grill.
Step 3: After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, approximately 1-2 minutes, flip or toss the portion once.
Step 4: As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add salt and pepper.
Step 5: Add in Mongolian garlic sauce and toss to combine.
Step 6: Remove from flat top grill and reserve.
Step 7: Place sticky rice into a serving bowl.
Step 8: Place the Mongolian seasoned Original Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Beef Steak into the center of the bowl on top of the rice.
Step 9: Place the Bok Choy, pickled carrots and Fresno peppers around the bowl.
Step 10: Garnish the entire bowl with scallions, cilantro sprigs and sesame seeds.
Step 11: Serve as needed.
Asian Pickled Carrot Spirals
Step 1: Place all ingredients except for carrots into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Remove from stove and allow to cool.
Step 3: Once cooled, add in the carrot spirals and place into a clean container.
Step 4: Use as needed.
