2 ea.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices
1 ea. Brioche Bun, 4-Inch
1 oz.BBQ Sauce (Commercially Available) 
1 ea. Cheddar Cheese, Sliced 
As garnishCrispy Fried Onions 
Directions

Step 1:  Convection: Pre-heat oven at 350˚F and heat up split smoked sausage until warm.

Step 2:  For build: BBQ sauce, split smoked sausage, sliced cheese, bacon, crispy onions all in a buttery brioche bun.
