1 tsp.Sesame Oil - Toasted
1 TbspPeanut Oil - Prepared
1 tsp.Fresh Garlic - Peeled & Minced
1 tsp.Fresh Ginger - Peeled & Minced
 2 Oz.Red Bell Pepper - Sliced & Julienned
2 Oz.Green Bell Pepper - Sliced & Julienned
2 Oz.Broccoli Floret - Trimmed & Blanched
1 Oz.Peeled Red Onion Sliced & Julienned
1/4 tsp.Salt & Pepper Seasoning Mix
2 Oz.Fresh Pineappele - Peeled & Diced, 1/2 inch
4 Oz.Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken 4/2.5 LB
2 Oz.Spicy Gochujang Miso Garlic Sauce (Sub-Recipe)

Sub-Recipe Ingredients

Spicy Gochujang Miso Garlic Sauce

YIELD: 1/2 Cup

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp.Aka Miso Paste (Commercially Prepared)
2 tsp.Gochujang Paste (Commercially Prepared)
1 tsp.Fresh Garlic Clove - Minced
1 Tbsp.Rice Vinegar - Seasoned
1 1/2 tsp.Granulated White Sugar
1 Tbsp.White Sesame Seeds - Toasted
1 Tbsp.Water At Room Temperature

 

Directions

Step 1: Cook the Udon noodles according to package directions, MINUS 1-2 minutes, the noodles should still be chewy as they will continue to cook in the next steps.

Step 2: Drain the noodles, rinse with cool water and drizzle with sesame oil.

Step 3: Toss and set the noodles aside.

Step 4: Heat a large skillet (or wok) over medium-high heat.

Step 5: Add the peanut oil and swirl to coat the pan and add the garlic and ginger.

Step 6: Stir-fry, stirring continuously, for 30 seconds.

Step 7: Add the red and green bell pepper, broccoli, and onion.

Step 8: Season with salt and pepper mix.

Step 9: Cook until softened and slightly charred, 3-4 minutes.

Step 10: Add in pineapple and toss to combine.

Step 11: Add in prepared udon noodled and toss to combine.

Step 12: Add in Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken and spicy gochujang miso garlic sauce and toss to combine and allow to cook 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 13: Transfer Spicy Garlic Noodle Stir-Fry to a serving dish.

Step 14: Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.

Step 15: Serve as needed.

Spicy Gochujang Miso Garlic Sauce

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients together.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl.

Step 4: Serve as needed.

ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODOriginal Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken 4/2.5 LB

Step 1: Pre-heat a steamer on medium heat or 220°F.

Step 2:  Place in steamer thawed and cook until product reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 15 to 25 minutes.

Step 3: Remove from steamer and reserve.

Step 4: Serve as needed.
