Spicy Gochujang Miso Garlic Sauce

2 Tbsp | Paste, Miso, Aka (Commercially Prepared) |
2 tsp. | Paste, Gochujang, (Commercially Prepared) |
1 tsp. | Garlic, Clove, Fresh, Minced |
1 Tbsp | Vinegar, Rice, Seasoned |
1 ½ tsp. | Sugar, White, Granulated |
1 Tbsp | Seeds, Sesame, White, Toasted |
1 Tbsp | Water, Room-temp |
Step 1: Cook the Udon noodles according to package directions, MINUS 1-2 minutes, the noodles should still be chewy as they will continue to cook in the next steps.
Step 2: Drain the noodles, rinse with cool water and drizzle with sesame oil.
Step 3: Toss and set the noodles aside.
Step 4: Heat a large skillet (or wok) over medium-high heat.
Step 5: Add the peanut oil and swirl to coat the pan and add the garlic and ginger.
Step 6: Stir-fry, stirring continuously, for 30 seconds.
Step 7: Add the red and green bell pepper, broccoli, and onion.
Step 8: Season with salt and pepper mix.
Step 9: Cook until softened and slightly charred, 3-4 minutes.
Step 10: Add in pineapple and toss to combine.
Step 11: Add in prepared udon noodled and toss to combine.
Step 12: Add in Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken and spicy gochujang miso garlic sauce and toss to combine and allow to cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 13: Transfer Spicy Garlic Noodle Stir-fry to a serving dish.
Step 14: Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
Step 15: Serve as needed.
Spicy Gochujang Miso Garlic Sauce
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients together.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl.
Step 4: Serve as needed.
ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODS – Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken 4/2.5 LB
1. Pre-heat a steamer on medium heat or 220 degrees F.
2. Place in steamer thawed and cook until product reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
3. Remove from steamer and reserve.
4. Serve as needed.
