Swicy Pickle Burger

The Swicy Pickle Burger is crafted with a juicy The PUB® Burger To Go patty, topped with a sweet and spicy habanero pickle sauce that adds a fiery kick. A sprinkle of ranch seasoning enhances the flavor with crisp lettuce all in a soft, buttery brioche bun.

1 ea.Leaf Lettuce, burger
1 Tbsp.“Swicy” Ranch (sub recipe 1)

Swicy Ranch

Servings: 2 Cups

  AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS 
3 ea./3 oz.Egg, yolk, fresh or pasteurized frozen
4 oz.Bread & Butter Pickling Liquid
1 Tbsp.Mustard, yellow
2 Tbsp.Habanero Hot Sauce, yellow, prepared
2 cupsBread & Butter Pickles, drained, chopped
2 cupsOil, canola or another neutral oil
1 ea.Ranch Packet, prepared
Directions

Step 1:  Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Heat frozen product for 10 - 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Step 2:  Add sweet and spicy pickle sauce on the bottom bun, followed by the swicy ranch, lettuce, warm patty and top and serve.

Swicy Ranch

Step 1: In a food processor, combine egg yolk, pickling liquid, mustard and hot sauce.

Step 2: With food processor running, slowly drizzle in oil.

Step 3: After all oil has been emulsified fold in ranch seasoning and chopped pickles.

Step 4:  Hold cold for service.
