Add a rustic toasted sourdough bread topped with fresh mashed avocado featuring Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices, poached eggs, mango salsa and red pepper flake.

2 Oz.Fresh Mashed Avacado
5 Ea.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices
2 Ea.Fresh Poached Eggs
2 Oz.Mango Salsa (Commercially available)
1/4 tsp.Dried Red Pepper Flake

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat flat-top grill at 350°F.

Step 2: Place Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices onto pre-heated flat-top grill.

Step 3: Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, turning halfway through heating time.

Step 4: Remove from flat-top grill and place onto a wire rack at 135° F.

Step 5: Reserve

Step 6: Place sourdough toast onto a clean worksurface and spread mashed avocado over entire surface.

Step 7: Place Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices on top of mashed avocado.

Step 8: Place poached eggs on top of Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices.

Step 9: Top with mango salsa and red pepper flakes.

Step 10: Serve as needed.
