2 Oz | Potato - Cubed & Fried (Commercially Available) |
2 Oz | Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces 1/2" |
1 tsp. | Egg Wash - Prepared |
ALTERNATE PRODUCT
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Place empanada dough onto a clean worksurface.
Step 3: Place eggs, cheese, and jalapenos onto the empanada dough.
Step 4: Place the Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Original Skinless Pork Sausage Link into the center of the empanada.
Step 5: Brush a small amount of egg wash lightly over one-half edge’s border.
Step 6: Fold dough over to create a half-moon shape and press edges firmly to seal.
Step 7: Crimp edges with the back of a fork.
Step 8: Use a pastry brush to gently brush the empanadas with an egg wash and bake until golden brown.
