2 Ea.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Pork Sausage Patties, 3.75 Inch, 2.0 oz
1 Ea.Egg, Folded, Prepared (Commercially Available)
2 Ea.Cheese, Mozzarella, Log, Sliced
2 Ea.Tomato, Roma, Fresh, Sliced, ¼ inch
1 OzSpinach, Baby, Fresh

 

ALTERNATE PRODUCT:

Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked, Mild Pork Sausage Patties, 1.50 oz.

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat oven at 375° F.

Step 2: Place Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked, Mild Pork Sausage Patties onto a parchment lined sheet tray.

Step 3: Cook for 12 to 14 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F. turning halfway through heating time.

Step 4: Remove from oven and place onto a wire rack at 135° F.

Step 5: Reserve

To assemble:

Step 1: Split croissant and place onto a clean worksurface.

Step 2: Place two Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Pork Sausage Patties on top of the bottom portion of the croissant.

Step 3: Top with folded egg, mozzarella cheese, tomato, and spinach.

Step 4: Place top portion on top to close sandwich.

Step 5: Serve as needed.
