Rise & Shine! Elevate your morning with a loaded breakfast bowl featuring Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots and Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces, loaded with cream gravy, scrambled eggs, spicy hot sauce and sliced green scallions.

Ingredients

3 Oz.Gravy, White, Cream (Commercially Available)
3 Oz.Egg, Scrambled, Prepared (Commercially Available)
2 Oz.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces 1/4"
1 Tbsp.Sauce, Hot (Commercially Available)
1 tsp.Scallions, Sliced Thin

 

ALTERNATE PRODUCT

Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces 1/2"

Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven at 350° F.

Step 2: Place Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots onto a parchment lined sheet tray 1-2 inches apart.

Step 3: Cook for 10 to 12 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. turning halfway through heating time.

Step 4: Remove from oven and place onto a wire rack at 135° F.

Step 5: Reserve

Step 6: Place the prepared Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots into a warm skillet.

Step 7: Top Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots with cream gravy and scrambled eggs.

Step 8: Sprinkle entire dish with Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces.

Step 9: Drizzle entire dish with hot sauce and sliced scallions.

Step 10: Serve as needed.

 

ALTERNATE COOKING METHOD

Step 1: Deep Fry Preheat oil to 350°F.

Step 2: Place frozen product in fryer and cook for 3 1/2 to 4 min or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
