5 oz. | Peppers, chipotle in adobo (commercially available) |
1 1/2 Tbsp. | Lemon Juice, fresh, squeezed |
Step 1: Thaw and heat biscuit according to manufacturer’s instructions. Hold hot for service.
Step 2: Pre-heat convection oven to 375°F. Cook Jimmy Dean® Chicken Breakfast Sausage Patty on a lined sheet tray in a single layer for 12-14 minutes. Hold hot for service.
Step 3: Prepare the Chipotle Strawberry Jam (Sub-Recipe)
Step 4: Place sausage patty on biscuit bottom.
Step 5: Place sausage patty on biscuit bottom.
Step 6: Top with spicy jam and top biscuit, serve hot.
Chipotle Strawberry Jam
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Step 2: Process or blend until completely smooth.
Step 3: Remove from food processor or blender and place into a clean container under refrigeration.
Step 4: Serve as needed.
