Cinnamon Honey Syrup

Step 1: Preheat griddle to 350° F.
Step 2: Place both Aidells® Fully Cooked Smoked Spicy Mango with Jalapeno Chicken Sausage Links onto a clean cutting board.
Step 3: Using knife, slice each of the Aidells® Fully Cooked Smoked Spicy Mango with Jalapeno Chicken Sausage Links in half, creating two equal half size pieces.
Step 4: Place oil onto the pre-heated flat top grill.
Step 5: Place the Aidells® Fully Cooked Smoked Spicy Mango with Jalapeno Chicken Sausage Links onto the flat-top grill.
Step 6: Sear on both sides and cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Step 7: Remove from flat-top grill and reserve.
Step 8: Next, ladle about 2 Oz of prepared pancake batter onto the griddle two times leaving space between them.
Step 9: Allow the batter cook for about 1 minute, then set Aidells® Fully Cooked Smoked Spicy Mango with Jalapeno Chicken Sausage Links in the center of each pancake.
Step 10: Ladle 2 more ounces of batter on top of each of the Aidells® Fully Cooked Smoked Spicy Mango with Jalapeno Chicken Sausage Links.
Step 11: Using a spoon, smooth over pancake mix to cover it.
Step 12: Let cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the edges look dry and bubbly.
Step 13: Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes
Step 14: Remove from griddle and stack each pancake onto a serving dish.
Step 15: Drizzle with cinnamon honey syrup and top with toasted coconut.
Step 16: Serve as needed.

Convection: Cook from frozen. 1. Preheat convection oven to 350°F. 2. Place frozen links on a parchment lined sheet pan. 3. Cook 16-18 minutes or to a minimum internal temperature of at least 165°F, turning halfway for even browning.
Flat Top Grill: Cook from frozen. 1. Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. 2. Place frozen links on grill. 3. Cook 20-22 minutes or to a minimum internal temperature of at least 165°F, turning frequently for even browning.
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a saucepan.
Step 2: Over low heat, heat ingredients stirring occasionally until well combined.
Step 3: Remove from heat and serve as needed.
