1 Ea.Egg, Cooked Sunny Side Up
4 Ea.Avocado, Sliced, Wedge
1 OzRed Onion, Sliced, Griddled

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Cook Jimmy Dean® Low Sodium Chicken Sausage Patty on parchment-lined sheet pan for approximately 12-14 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 3: Remove from oven.

To Assemble:

Step 1: Place each half of the toasted everything seasoned bagel onto serving plate.

Step 2: On the bottom half, place baby arugula over entire bagel.

Step 3: Top with Jimmy Dean® Low Sodium Chicken Sausage Patty and slice of cheese.

Step 4: Place the sunny side up egg on top of the Jimmy Dean® Low Sodium Chicken Sausage Patty and cheese.

Step 5: Lay the slices of avocado and griddled onion on top of the egg.

Step 6: Finish with the top half of the toasted everything seasoned bagel to close the sandwich.

Step 7: Serve immediately.
