These flavor-packed Italian Beef Sliders are piled high with Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Philly Style Beef Sliced Steak marinated in savory beef broth. Layer them on sweet, Whole Grain Hawaiian Rolls smeared with heavy mayo and top them with authentic, Italian Giardiniera vegetables.

2 ea.Whole Grain Sweet Hawaiian Roll
10 oz.Mayonnaise - Heavy
10 oz.Giardiniera Vegetables - Prepared
2.5 GBeef Broth - For Heating Philly Meat
Directions

Step 1: Proof and Bake Hawaiian rolls according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2: Bring Beef Broth to a boil. Heat Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Philly Style Beef Sliced Steak meat in broth/au jus. Hold hot for hot service.

Step 3: For Giardiniera Aioli drain liquid from giardiniera vegetables and pulse with mayonnaise in a robot coupe. Leave chunky. Hold cold for service.

Step 4: To assemble the sliders, using tongs. Place 2.5 oz beef on top of bottom bun.

Step 5: Add 1 Tbsp. giardiniera aioli over sliced beef.

Step 6: Finish with top bun and serve hot.
