Mushroom and Swiss Burger

Mouthwatering patty on a sesame seed bun with gooey melted Swiss cheese, paired with grilled onions and mushroom slices. All topped with a crisp lettuce and fresh tomato slice.

1 ea.AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Beef Patties
1 ea.Sesame Seed Bun
1 sliceSwiss Cheese, slices
As neededOnion, grilled
As neededMushroom, slices
1 sliceLettuce
1 sliceTomato
Directions

For the burger patty:

From a frozen state, bake on a pan in preheated conventional oven at 350° for 18-20 minutes.


For burger build:

  1. Lightly toast bun.

  2. Add the cooked burger patty to the bun.

  3. Top with the melted cheese, grilled onion and mushroom slices, lettuce and tomato.

  4. Plate and serve with condiments alongside.
