Pimento Bacon Burger Recipe

The Pimento Bacon Burger is a true southern-inspired burger delight with Wright® Brand Steak Cut Bacon and The Pub® Angus Chopped Beef Steak or The Pub® All-Natural* Flame Grilled USDA Choice Angus Beef Burger, pimento cheese spread, and apple and onion slaw all balanced on a buttery brioche bun.

Ingredients

Serving Amount – 1 wrap

1 ea.

The Pub® Angus Chopped Beef Steak

1 ea.

Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Extra Extra Thick Sliced Steak Cut Bacon

1 ea.

Brioche Bun, toasted

1 oz.

Pimento Cheese

1 oz.

Apple and Onion Slaw

As needed

Granny Smith Apple, for slaw, julienne cut

AS NEEDED

Red Onion, for slaw, thinly sliced

AS NEEDED

Red Bell Pepper, for slaw, small dice

AS NEEDED

Directions

Step 1 – Conventional oven: FC Burger (Frozen product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 14-16 minutes. (Thawed product): Preheat oven to 350°. Heat for 7-8 minutes.

Step 2 – Conventional oven: Bacon: (Thawed product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until desired crispness is reached.

Step 3 - Fry the sidewinder fries per manufacturing instructions. Grab the ingredients to make the apple and onion slaw, mix in a bowl and set aside.

Step 4 - For burger build: Add pimento cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the burger and bacon, more pimento cheese, apple, and onion slaw and serve with fries.
