Poutine Wrap Recipe

Is there anything more comfort food than fries drenched in gravy? Make it unforgettable with The Pub® Angus Chopped Beef Steak topped with crinkle-cut fries, white cheese curds, brown gravy, and sliced scallions all in a soft flour tortilla.

Ingredients

AMOUNT          MAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.The Pub® Angus Chopped Beef Steak
1 ea.Flour Tortilla
1 oz.White Cheese Curds
1 oz.Brown Gravy Sauce
1 oz.Crinkle-Cut Fries
1 1/2 oz.Scallions -As Garnish
Directions

Step 1: Oven preparation:

  • For Frozen Product, preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 14-16 minutes. 
  • For Thawed Product) preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 7-8 minutes. 

Step 2: Cut cooked burger in half and set aside.

Step 3: Fry the crinkle cut fries per manufacturing instructions.

Step 4: Warm the flour tortilla, layer the burger, crinkle-cut fries, white cheese curds, brown gravy sauce and sliced scallions and fold and cut in half.

Step 5: Serve with fries and add more brown gravy sauce on the side.
