Chicken Waffle Sandwich Recipe

Place our Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz on an irresistible thyme-and-rosemary waffle—with fresh arugula, crispy fried ham, cheddar cheese and a drizzle of roasted-garlic sauce. Wonderfully complemented with a soft-boiled egg and a side of avocado slices sprinkled with chili flakes.

2 oz.Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce - Prepared
garnishChives - Freshly Chopped
5 pc.Avocado - Sliced 1/8”
1 ea.Egg - Soft Boiled

Directions

Step 1: Prepare Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz, preheat cooking oil to 350°F. From frozen, place filet in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Cook the product for 7.5 minutes until product reaches at least 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oil and set aside.

Step 2: Cook waffle, according to in-house recipe or package instructions.

Step 3: To serve, place half of waffle on service plate and top with arugula, ham slice, Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz, cheese slice, drizzle of garlic sauce and sprinkle of chopped chives.

Step 4: Pair with avocado slices and soft boiled egg.

Step 5: Sprinkle plate with chili flakes and serve immediately.
