Tyson Red Label Fully Cooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz.
Step 1: To prepare Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz, preheat cooking oil to 350°F. From frozen, place filet in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Cook the product for 7.5 minutes until product reaches at least 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oil and set aside.
Step 2: Cook waffle, according to in-house recipe or package instructions.
Step 3: To plate: place half of waffle on service plate and top with arugula, ham slice, Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz, cheese slice, drizzle of garlic sauce and sprinkle of chopped chives. Pair with avocado slices and soft boiled egg. Sprinkle plate with chili flakes and serve immediately.
