Classic BLT Recipe

This is as classic as classic gets; the superlative BLT. Toast 3 slices of sourdough boule and spread with garlic mayo. Then layer the lettuce, tomato and Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Extra Extra Thick Sliced Steak Cut Bacon, add a middle slice of the boule and layer again with lettuce, tomato and bacon. Top with final slice of boule. You may need a knife and fork!

1/2 oz.Tomato, Thin Sliced
1/2 oz.Butter Lettuce, Julienne

1 tsp.Black Pepper, Cracked
1Tbsp.Garlic, Granulated
Directions

Step 1. Lay Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Extra Extra Thick Sliced Steak Cut Bacon flat on a sheet tray and cook in a convection oven at 350F for 10-15 min. or until bacon is golden brown and crispy. Drain fat off bacon and allow bacon to cool to room temperature for service.

Step 2. Cut vegetables accordingly.

Step 3. Toast bread and spread mayo on the inside of bread.

Step 4. Layer in order from bottom to top; bread / lettuce, tomato, bacon / bread / lettuce, tomato, bacon / bread to top.
