Step 1: On a flat top grill, cook sliced The Original Steak-EZE® BreakAway®Sirloin Beef Steak, Non-Marinated until done. Add sauté onions and mix all together.
Step 2: Place cheese over the steak & onions. Allow to cook for 1 min.
Step 3: Toast the sourdough bread and place over the top of the meat and cheese and allow to cook until the cheese is fully melted.
Step 4: Remove from grill and drizzle the warm onion demi glaze over the top and serve.
