2 oz. | White onions, sliced and caramelized |
4 ea. | Swiss Cheese, slices |
1.5 oz. | Gruyere cheese, grated |
2-3 oz. | Caramelized onion demi glaze |

Step 1. On a flat top grill, cook sliced The Original Steak-EZE® BreakAway®Sirloin Beef Steak, Non-Marinated until done. Add sauté onions and mix all together.
Step 2. Place cheese over the steak & onions. Allow to cook for 1 min.
Step 3. Toast the sourdough bread and place over the top of the meat and cheese and allow to cook until the cheese is fully melted.
Step 4. Remove from grill and drizzle the warm onion demi glaze over the top and serve.
