1 oz. | Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce - Prepared |
1 ea. | Cheddar Cheese - Sliced |
3 ea. | Spicy Dill Pickle - Prepared |
Step 1: Cook filet. Hold hot for service.
Step 2: Cook bacon. Hold hot for service.
Step 3: Toast both sides of Texas toast.
Step 4: Fold bacon in half and place on top of grilled breast. Melt cheese slice over bacon.
Step 5: Spread 1 Tbsp. BBQ sauce on bottom slice. Place chicken, bacon, melted cheese stacked on top.
Step 6: Add spicy dill pickles and another 1 Tbsp. BBQ sauce. Top with Texas toast. Serve hot.
