2 EA.Texas Toast
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
2 oz.Wright® Brand Naturally Applewood Smoked Regular Sliced Bacon, Flat-Pack®, 15 Lbs, 14-18 Slices per Pound, Gas Flushed
1 oz.Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce - Prepared
1 ea.Cheddar Cheese - Sliced
3 ea.Spicy Dill Pickle - Prepared
Directions

Step 1: Cook filet. Hold hot for service.

Step 2: Cook bacon. Hold hot for service.

Step 3: Toast both sides of Texas toast.

Step 4: Fold bacon in half and place on top of grilled breast. Melt cheese slice over bacon.

Step 5: Spread 1 Tbsp. BBQ sauce on bottom slice. Place chicken, bacon, melted cheese stacked on top.

Step 6: Add spicy dill pickles and another 1 Tbsp. BBQ sauce. Top with Texas toast. Serve hot.
