Step 1: Prepare each Crispy Chicken and Waffle Cone according to sub-recipe directions.

Step 2: Plate the trio onto shareable platter and serve warm.

Step 1: Preheat fryer to 350F. Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites for 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 140F.

Step 2: Toss Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites in honey harissa sauce and hold for service.

Step 3: Fill cone with sauced bites and garnish with mango relish.

 

Honey Harissa Sauce:

Step 1: In a saute pan over medium heat, warm honey until it starts to slowly bubble.

Step 2: Add harissa paste and whisk together. Allow pan to come back to a simmer.

Step 3: Remove sauce from heat and hold warm for service.

 

Mango Relish

Step 1: Cut mango and peppers according to recipe.

Step 2: Mix all ingredients and hold cold for service. 

 

Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken and Waffle Cone

Step 1: Preheat fryer to 350F. Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites for 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 140F.

Step 2: Toss Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites in Nashville Hot sauce and hold for service.

Step 3: Heat macaroni and cheese according to manufacturer's instructions.

Step 4: Fill cone with macaroni and cheese and sauced bites and garnish with diced pickles.

Step 1: Preheat fryer to 350F. Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites for 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 140F.
