Step 1: Toast Mexican Original® Tortilla and hold warm.
Step 2: Slice Black Oak™ Smoked Sausage thin on a bias and warm through in a saute pan over medium heat to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Step 3: Heat peppers and onions according to manufacturer's instructions and hold hot for service.
Step 4: Plate smoked sausage down inside tortilla and top with peppers and onions.
