Step 1. Prepare each taco according to sub-recipe directions.
Step 2. Serve the trio on a plate or in a taco holder.
Texas BBQ Smoked Sausage Taco
Step 1. Toast Mexican Original® tortilla and hold warm.
Step 2. Slice Black Oak™ Smoked Sausage thin on a bias and warm through in a saute pan over medium heat to an internal temperature of 165F.
Step 3. Heat peppers and onions according to manufacturer's instructions and hold hot for service.
Step 4. Plate smoked sausage down inside tortilla and top with peppers and onions.
Step 5. Drizzle Texas Style Bold BBQ sauce over the top.
Step 6. Garnish with pickled jalapenos and crumbled cornbread.
Carolina Gold BBQ Chicken Taco
Step 1. Toast Mexican Original® tortilla and hold warm.
Step 2. Preheat fryer to 350F. Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites for 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 140F.
Step 3. Toss mini chicken bites in Carolina Gold BBQ sauce.
Step 4. Plate the sauced bites in tortilla and top with slaw. Serve warm.
Chopped Vinegar Cabbage Slaw
Step 1. Mix all ingredients and hold for service.
Kansas City Big Bacon BBQ Taco
Step 1. Toast Mexican Original® tortilla and hold warm.
Step 2. Preheat oven to 350F and cook Wright® Brand Steak Cut Bacon in a single layer on a sheet tray with a rack until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165F. Cut in half and hold hot for service.
Step 3. Plate bacon down inside tortilla, top with slaw and crispy onions.
Step 4. Serve with Kansas City Style BBQ sauce on the side.

Step 1. Mix all ingredients and let sit overnight before using. Hold cold for service.
