4 oz.Sweet Hawaiian Sauce (sub-recipe)
5 ea.Fresh Pineapple Wedges, Grilled
5 ea.Fresh Serrano Peppers, Sliced Thin
2 tbsp.Toasted Shaved Coconut Strips
1 tsp.Black Sesame Seeds
3 ea.Fresh Lime Wedges

 

Recipe Ingredients: Sweet Hawaiian Sauce

Yield: 2 Cups

AMOUNTSMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 cupPineapple Juice
1/2 cupSoy Sauce
1/4 cupBrown Sugar
2 tbsp.Honey
2 tbsp.Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp.Garlic, Granulated
1 tbsp.Onion Powder
1 tsp.Ginger, Round
Directions

Swicy Island Boneless Wings:

Step 1: Preheat fryer to 350F. Cook Tyson Red Label® boneless wings 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Hold hot for service.

Step 2: Toss boneless wings in sweet Hawaiian sauce.

Step 3: Plate boneless wings in a single layer. 

Step 4: Garnish with sliced serrano peppers, pineapple wedges, toasted coconut strips and sesame seeds over the top of wings.

Step 5: Serve with lime wedges on the side.

 

Sweet Hawaiian Sauce:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat.

Step 2: Bring to a simmer, reduce by half. Reserve for service.
