Pepperoni and Genoa Salami Pressed Sandwich

Pepperoni and Genoa Salami Pressed Sandwich with a toasty ciabatta roll, pesto sauce, pork and beef sliced pepperoni, sliced Genoa salami, fresh basil, tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella.

Ingredients

SERVES: 1 SANDWICH SERVING

1 ea.Ciabatta Roll, toasted
1 oz.Pesto sauce
2 oz.Hillshire Farm® Pork and Beef Sliced Pepperoni
2 oz.Hillshire Farm® Sliced Genoa Salami
As needed.Fresh Basil
1 oz.Tomato Sauce
1 oz.Fresh Mozzarella
Directions
  1. Toast ciabattas roll and then spread 1 ounce of tomato sauce, 1 ounce of fresh mozzarella, 2 ounce of Hillshire Farm® Sliced Genoa Salami, 2 ounces of Hillshire Farm® Pork and Beef Sliced Pepperoni, fresh basil and topped with 1 ounce of pesto sauce.
  2. Once sandwich is built press down and serve.
