The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burger crowned with several strips of smoky Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon, melted white American cheese and a sweet, savory whiskey bacon jam made with Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Pizza Topping. Finished with a rich roasted garlic bacon aioli on a soft brioche bun. Serve with extra aioli on the side for even more indulgence.

1 oz.Whiskey Bacon Jam (sub-recipe)
1 ea.Leaf Lettuce
1 ea.Sliced White American Cheese
2 oz.Garlic Bacon Aioli Sauce (sub-recipe)
1 ea.Garnish: Skewer - Bacon on Top

Garlic Bacon Aioli Sauce

1/2 CUPHillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping, 1/2 Inch x 1/2 Inch Diced
1 Tbsp.Lemon Juice
1 tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp.Black Pepper, Cracked

Whiskey Bacon Jam

Yield: 1 Quart

1.5 Lb.Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping, 1/2 Inch x 1/2 Inch Diced
2 cupsSmall Yellow Onions, Diced
1/2 cupWhiskey (any brand)
1/2 cupBrown Sugar
2 tsp.Salt
1 tsp.Ground Black Pepper
Directions

Big-Big Bacon Burger

Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350F.

Step 2: Cook The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burger from frozen on a lined sheet tray 6-13 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Hold hot for service.

Step 3: Lay out Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon in a single layer on a lined sheet tray and cook in convection oven until brown and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165F. Hold hot for service.

Step 4: Spread whiskey bacon jam on the heel of the bun and top with lettuce.

Step 5: Melt cheese over burger patty and plate on top of lettuce.

Step 6: Place 5 slices of bacon on top of burger patty. 

Step 7: Spread 1 oz. of the garlic bacon aioli on the inside of the bun top and place over bacon.

Step 8: Skewer the remaining 2 slices of bacon in a squiggle fashion and stick through sandwich.

Step 9: Serve extra 1 oz. of garlic bacon aioli on the side.

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2: Whisk together and hold cold for service.

Whiskey Bacon Jam

Step 1: In a saute pan over medium heat, render Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Topping until crispy.

Step 2: Add diced onions and continue to cook until translucent and soft.

Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and cook until syrupy consistency.

Step 4: Reserve for service.
