Garlic Bacon Aioli Sauce

Whiskey Bacon Jam

2 cups | Small Yellow Onions, Diced |
1/2 cup | Whiskey (any brand) |
1/2 cup | Brown Sugar |
2 tsp. | Salt |
1 tsp. | Ground Black Pepper |
Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Cook The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burger from frozen on a lined sheet tray 6-13 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold hot for service.
Step 3: Lay out Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon in a single layer on a lined sheet tray and cook in convection oven until brown and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold hot for service.
Step 4: Spread whiskey bacon jam on the heel of the bun and top with lettuce.
Step 5: Melt cheese over burger patty and plate on top of lettuce.
Step 6: Place 5 slices of bacon on top of burger patty.
Step 7: Spread 1 oz. of the garlic bacon aioli on the inside of the bun top and place over bacon.
Step 8: Skewer the remaining 2 slices of bacon in a squiggle fashion and stick through sandwich.
Step 9: Serve extra 1 oz. of garlic bacon aioli on the side.
Garlic Bacon Aioli Sauce
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2: Whisk together and hold cold for service.
Whiskey Bacon Jam
Step 1: In a saute pan over medium heat, render Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Topping until crispy.
Step 2: Add diced onions and continue to cook until translucent and soft.
Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and cook until syrupy consistency.
Step 4: Reserve for service.
